Annemarie Watson, new President of Crane Currency

Effective with the acquisition by Crane Co., Annemarie Watson has been named President of Crane Currency. Crane Currency will operate as a standalone business within the Payment & Merchandising Technologies segment of Crane Co. In her new role, Annemarie will report to Louis Pinkham, Senior Vice President, Crane Co.

Annemarie has significant experience and successes creating and leading change in mid to large global businesses. She has been recognized as a strategic leader with strong relationship and interpersonal skills, who has developed high performing teams that identify high value opportunities and deliver transformative change in business performance.

Since 2013 she has served as the President of International Currency where she was responsible for research and development, product management, production and delivery of all non-US product for Crane.

Prior to this role Annemarie was the Vice President of Operations across Crane’s global businesses. She has previous experience in operational improvement and strategy roles at MDS Inc. (a global Life Sciences company), The Boston Consulting Group, as well as Honda Manufacturing. She received her M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and an Engineering Degree from Queen’s University.
