Crane Currency Malta Wins Engineering Excellence Award

Crane Currency Malta is the winner of the 2018 Malta Engineering Excellence Award in the Industry Excellence Award category. The award is sponsored by the Chamber of Engineers, an organization that supports the interests of Maltese Professional Engineers.

John Scott, Operations Director, Crane Currency Malta, received this award from Dr. Ian Borg, Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Capital Projects, during a gala dinner held on 5th October 2018 at the majestic La Valette Hall. The award is directed towards organizations or individuals who have demonstrated excellence in their engineering work through the accomplishment of challenging projects, innovation, application and use of engineering and scientific principles.

Ing. Paul Fenech, Engineering Manager, Crane Currency Malta, and Dr. Ing. Dennis Formosa, Senior R&D Engineer, Crane Currency Malta, presented a compelling case to the adjudicating panel ahead of the other two finalists: Vodafone Malta Ltd and University of Malta Racing.
