Crane Currency Gold Sponsor of High Security Printing EMEA in Malta

The High Security Printing conference for Europe, Middle-East and Africa (HSP EMEA) was held in Malta, March 25 – 27. HSP EMEA is an annual event that focuses on government-specified and issued documents with a particular emphasis on emerging technologies for banknotes and ID and travel documents. Crane Currency participated as a Gold Sponsor and in addition, offered the delegates an opportunity to tour the Malta facility.

The Crane Currency booth was active with delegates stopping by for meetings and to gather product information.

Karin Mörck-Hamilton, Global Director of Design, made a presentation on “Designing for the User”, which discussed the importance of recognizing both the public as well as the expanding role of banknote processing equipment when designing a banknote.
